Spending time with family and loved ones (including her dog) is Meggan Nouman’s favorite spare time activity. In fact, Meggan’s fondest childhood memory is all about family. “When I was little, I was close to my grandpa. We spent all day together, and every day around 3 pm, my grandpa and I would meet my brother at the bus stop, with me driving my Barbie (Power Wheels) Jeep.”

It’s no wonder that Meggan feels right at home at Hakim, Toma & Yaldoo.  “From my first day here, I was treated like family. I have a great relationship with my co-workers and we really are like a big happy family,” says Meggan. Growing up, she considered becoming a nurse, and her lifelong interest in helping people has served Meggan (and her colleagues) well at Hakim, Toma & Yaldoo.

In her role as legal assistant, Meggan’s duties include scheduling appointments, handling billing and payments, and ordering client medical records. According to her co-workers, Meggan serves as the ‘glue’ for making sure her fellow team members have access to the essential tools they need to help their clients. As Meggan says, the Hakim, Toma & Yaldoo team operates like a close family that looks out for one another – a trait that benefits the firm clients.
